On November 21, the highest moderate air quality near Toronto sea since 2020 and late March and early April 2023, is 82 by AQI or 3-4 on Canada Air Quality Index before dropping into under 80s on AQI, but the sudden change in AQI rises to over 80s without declaring the state of emergency or fires.
